| Suzanne Day |
| Suzanne Day commenced trading
as All Day Conveyancing and Loans in conjunction
with her husband Darren Bajada in December, 2003. |
| Prior to setting up their own
small “mum and dad” type business, Suzanne
was employed as a Conveyancing Manager for a Mortgage
Company in Frankston setting up their Conveyancing
Department in early 1999 and running the day to
day management of purchase, sale, refinance and
transfer files, Suzanne has worked continuously
in the Property Departments of many law firms, both
in the City of Melbourne and outer suburbs since
the mid 80’s. |
| She has been a witness to the
regulations imposed on Conveyancing Companies and
complies with these regulations, in particular Section
7.1.1 of the Legal Profession Act 2004. A reference
provided by a former law firm employer refers to
Suzanne’s “high moral fibre” and
her ability to “always rise to the occasion”. |
| Suzanne takes care of her clients
ensuring they are aware of every step of their conveyancing
transaction and does her best to minimize the stress
involved in buying, selling and or moving into a
new home. Suzanne liaises with your lender to achieve
a successful settlement. |
